The OFAI platform (ofai.ro) is operated by BOJAN TIBERIU PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA (sole trader), CUI (tax ID) 54794539, Trade Registry No. F2026028274003, registered office: Str. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Nr. 16, Sc. B, Demisol, Ap. 4, Sector 2, Bucharest, Romania (“OFAI”).
These terms govern the relationship between OFAI and the businesses that create an account and list their offers on the platform, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 on promoting fairness and transparency for business users of online intermediation services (the “P2B Regulation”). They supplement the general Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Creating a business account and basic listing are free. You must provide true, complete and up-to-date information about your business (name, contact details, locations, opening hours). Published offers go through a moderation process (automated and/or human) before display; OFAI may reject, with reasons, offers that violate these terms or the law.
OFAI offers a free plan and paid subscriptions (Standard, Premium), with the benefits described on the pricing page. Payment is made by card (processor: Stripe), on a monthly or yearly cycle. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from the portal, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Subscriptions are intended exclusively for professionals acting for commercial purposes. The service is provided immediately upon activation; by activating you expressly request the immediate start of the service.
The default display order of offers and businesses (“Popular”, “Recommended”, homepage sections) is determined by a performance score computed automatically and periodically. The main parameters are:
Influence of remuneration: a paid subscription directly influences ranking position — the subscription level carries a weight of approximately 10% of the performance score. Additionally, paid subscriptions provide distinctly displayed visibility benefits: badges (Standard/Premium), presence in promoted sections and, for Premium, the possibility of nomination for “Deal of the Day”. Promoted content is labelled as such.
Users can always sort alternatively (newest, discount, distance, rating), in which case the order is determined exclusively by the chosen criterion.
OFAI does not sell its own products or services on the platform and does not give itself preferential treatment in ranking. The only differences in treatment between businesses are those arising from the subscription level, publicly described on the pricing page and in section 4.
You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy and legality of the offers you publish, including compliance with price-reduction legislation (GD 947/2000 — the “prior price” must be the lowest price applied in the last 30 days) and commercial-practices legislation (Law 363/2007). OFAI acts exclusively as an intermediary listing the offers and is not a party to transactions with consumers.
Dark-pattern practices are prohibited: false or exaggerated discounts, artificial urgency, countdown manipulation. The expiry of flash offers cannot be extended while active. OFAI may request evidence regarding the reality of a discount and may remove, with reasons, offers reported as misleading.
Any substantial change to these terms will be notified by email (durable medium) at least 15 days before entering into force (longer if the changes require significant technical or commercial adaptations). If you do not agree, you may stop using the service before the changes take effect; continued use after that moment constitutes acceptance.
If we restrict or suspend your access to the service or the visibility of certain offers, we will communicate the reasons on a durable medium at the latest when the measure takes effect.
If we decide to fully terminate the provision of the service to your business, you will receive a reasoned notice at least 30 days in advance, except where we are legally required to act immediately or where you have seriously and repeatedly violated these terms. When downgrading to a lower plan, existing data (offers, galleries, reviews, statistics) is not deleted.
You may publicly reply to reviews. Publishing or commissioning fake or incentivised reviews (paid or rewarded), whether for your own business or against competitors, is prohibited and may lead to review removal and account suspension.

For questions, reports or complaints about the service (including moderation or ranking decisions), you can write to the addresses below; we reply within a reasonable time. These terms are governed by Romanian law; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Romanian courts.
