Can I change or cancel the plan anytime?
Yes. On upgrade you pay the pro-rata difference. Downgrade applies immediately, and the next invoice will be at the new plan price. You can cancel anytime from Business Portal — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Can I pay yearly instead of monthly?
Yes. From Business Portal, Subscription tab, there's a Monthly/Yearly toggle. With the yearly plan you save 17% compared to monthly payment. You can switch from monthly to yearly anytime.
