By accessing and using the OFAI application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Application.

OFAI is a platform that connects users with offers and discounts from local businesses in Romania.

2. Service Description

OFAI offers:

• Viewing offers and discounts from local businesses
• Filtering offers by location, category and preferences
• Saving favorite offers
• Following preferred businesses
• Publishing reviews and ratings
• Loyalty points system

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 16 years old.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities carried out in your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Publish false, misleading, defamatory or offensive content
• Harass or intimidate other users or businesses
• Attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
• Use bots, scripts or other automated methods

5. Reviews and User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. Content must reflect real experiences. By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use this content for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Points System

• Points are awarded for specific actions (e.g., new reviews)
• Points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel the points program

7. Offers and Businesses

OFAI is an intermediary platform. We are not a party to transactions between users and businesses. We do not guarantee the availability, quality or accuracy of displayed offers. We recommend verifying offer details directly with the business.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights over the Application belong to OFAI or its licensors.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Suspension and Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Romania.
