By accessing and using the OFAI application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Application.
OFAI is a platform that connects users with offers and discounts from local businesses in Romania. The platform is operated by BOJAN TIBERIU PERSOANA FIZICA AUTORIZATA (sole trader), CUI (tax ID) 54794539, Trade Registry No. F2026028274003, registered office: Str. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Nr. 16, Sc. B, Demisol, Ap. 4, Sector 2, Bucharest, Romania (hereinafter "OFAI").

To use the Service, you must be at least 16 years old.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities carried out in your account.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish. Content must reflect real experiences. By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use this content for the purpose of providing the Service.
Review transparency: reviews can only be published by registered users. OFAI does not systematically verify that the author of a review has actually purchased or used the reviewed products or services. Reviews are moderated through automated mechanisms and following reports; fake or paid reviews, or reviews published in exchange for benefits, are prohibited and will be removed.
OFAI is an intermediary platform. We are not a party to transactions between users and businesses. We do not guarantee the availability, quality or accuracy of displayed offers. We recommend verifying offer details directly with the business. Prices, discounts and their compliance with price-reduction legislation (including GD 947/2000 — prior price display) are the sole responsibility of the business publishing the offer.
OFAI paid subscriptions (Standard, Premium) are intended exclusively for professionals (sole traders, companies or other forms of organization) acting for professional purposes, to list and promote their own offers. By activating a subscription you confirm that you are purchasing the service in the course of your business activity.
The subscription provides immediate access to digital features. Upon activation, you expressly request the immediate start of the service. To the extent that, by exception, you qualify as a consumer, you give your prior express consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 16 lit. m) of GEO 34/2014).

All intellectual property rights over the Application belong to OFAI or its licensors.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Romania.
